When Nick Fazzino of Benton Market and Gas realized customers were choosing to shop at his competitor, he knew he would have to make some changes to his 30 year-old, stand-alone grocery store. Nick's closest competitor offered groceries and gas, and he realized that his customers were shopping there because they appreciated the convenience of "one-stop" shopping.
